Delivery: Digital products are delivered via email or portal access immediately upon purchase. Services are delivered per engagement agreements (Section 6.6).

  • You remain responsible for your choices and actions

  • Coaching does not replace professional counseling, therapy, or medical care

  • The coaching relationship is based on mutual respect, honesty, and commitment to your development

5.3 Consulting and Advisory Services

Our consulting and advisory services are provided on a professional basis according to the terms outlined in individual engagement agreements, proposals, or statements of work. These services may include strategic planning, organizational assessment, capacity building, and implementation support tailored to your specific needs.

5.4 Digital Products and Courses

Digital products, downloadable resources, and online courses are provided "as is" for educational and informational purposes. Access to these materials may be time-limited or perpetual as specified at the time of purchase.

5.5 Client Portal

When available, the client portal provides secure access to resources, project materials, and communication tools. Access to the client portal is granted based on active engagement or subscription status.

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Pricing and Fees

All fees for Services are as described on our Site or in individual engagement agreements. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, though changes will not affect Services already purchased or under contract.

6.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) via our secure website payment processor

  • ACH/bank transfers for certain services

6.3 Payment Processing

By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and authorize us to charge all fees to that method.

6.4 Sales, Refund, and Return Policy

General Policy: All sales are final unless otherwise specified. We strive for client satisfaction and will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Consulting and Coaching Services:

  • Services are non-refundable once sessions have begun or deliverables have been provided

  • If you are dissatisfied with services, please contact us immediately to discuss resolution

  • Unused sessions in a package may be eligible for prorated refund within 30 days of purchase, at our discretion

Digital Products and Online Courses:

  • Digital products (downloadable resources, templates, guides): Refunds may be available within 14 days of purchase if you have not downloaded or accessed the materials and can demonstrate that the product was not as described

  • Online courses: Refunds may be available within 14 days of purchase if you have accessed less than 20% of the course content and can demonstrate that the course was fundamentally not as described

  • Once digital materials are downloaded or significantly accessed, no refunds will be provided due to the nature of digital goods

No Returns on Digital Goods: Due to the nature of digital products and immediately accessible content, we cannot accept returns once access has been granted or materials have been downloaded.

How to Request a Refund: To request a refund, contact us at [email address] with your order number, purchase date, and detailed explanation of your request. Refund requests must be submitted within the applicable timeframe noted above.

Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited to the original payment method used for purchase.

6.5 Late Payments

For invoiced services, payment is due according to the terms specified in your engagement agreement. Late payments may result in suspension of services and may incur late fees.

6.6 Delivery of Services and Products

Consulting and Coaching Services: Services are delivered according to the schedule and format outlined in your engagement agreement or statement of work. Typical delivery methods include virtual meetings, in-person sessions (when applicable), email correspondence, and access to our client portal.

Digital Products and Courses: Upon purchase, digital products and online courses are typically delivered via:

  • Immediate download links sent to your email

  • Access granted to our learning platform or client portal

  • Email delivery of login credentials (for courses requiring accounts)

You are responsible for providing accurate email and contact information. We are not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect information provided by you, spam filters, or email system issues on your end.

Physical Materials: If any physical materials are included in your service or product purchase, delivery timelines and shipping costs will be specified at the time of purchase. Standard shipping times apply unless otherwise noted.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Our Intellectual Property

All content on our Site and within our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, frameworks, methodologies, course materials, downloadable resources, software, and compilation of content (collectively, "Company Content"), is the exclusive property of The Trellis Co. and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT OUR SERVICES WILL RESULT IN ANY SPECIFIC BUSINESS OUTCOMES, REVENUE INCREASES, ORGANIZATIONAL IMPROVEMENTS, OR OTHER RESULTS. YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES AND ANY DECISIONS MADE BASED ON OUR ADVICE OR RECOMMENDATIONS ARE AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
